Students of NIS Karaganda took winnig places in the National Debating Championship for Young Debaters

Grade 9 students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Karaganda, Adilet Aitzhan and Zhansaya Zhumazhan, took a third place in the National Championship for Young Debaters.

38 teams from all over Kazakhstan took part in the championship. Three teams reached to the final. The championship was a qualifying round for the International Competition for Young Debaters. The championship was held jointly with the Cambridge Union Debating at the University of Cambridge and the Oxford Union at the University of Oxford.
