Regional Young Teachers Forum

On the basis of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Karaganda city, a regional young teachers forum “Young teacher: the way to success” was held. More than one hundred and thirty teachers of the Karaganda region became the participants.

The forum became a discussion platform for young teachers, where they could exchange opinions, listen to successful people and their peers, and get answers to all their questions.

NIS Karaganda Principal, Ravil Yakupov, wished success to young colleagues and emphasized that the Intellectual School is always glad to welcome them:

– It is very important for a teacher to live, develop and work among like-minded people.

Karaganda residents who have achieved success in the country and abroad acted as special guests of the forum. The first speech made by the Honorary Ambassador of the International Project “Atom”, Karipbek Kuyukov, was really interesting for any young teacher. The well-known artist emphasized that at school, children should not only receive a quality education, it is important to teach them for kindness, sensitivity, and a desire to help. The well-known host Aibat Nikulin shared his success story, how to set goals and achieve them correctly.

For young teachers, the staff of the Center for Teaching Excellence prepared trainings on such important topics as studying the structure of the lesson, improving functional literacy, SAMR technology. Participants of the Republican Young Teachers Forum, which took place in Astana in August, also shared their knowledge.

At the training organized by the teachers-psychologists of the Intellectual School, the teachers learned a lot about emotional intelligence.

Young teachers understood how to recreate correctly for a teacher when sports games and applied art classes began, drawing, dubbing and, in general, creating animated films aroused particular interest.

– The forum was held at a very high level, we were glad to meet with the same young teachers. We hope that such forums will become traditional, – Nurlan Abdullin, the teacher of the Ushtobe pivotal school, expressed the general opinion.
